Paris is becoming more and more interesting about ethnic food. I appreciate to see this happen, and that traditional Brasserie is not the only option anymore. Bululú Arepera is a Venezuelan joint, offering the most famous local sandwich.

The Arepa is the traditional bread made with corn, it made and baked in house. You have choice between 7 different sandwiches between 6 and 8 euros. My favorite remain the plates served only during the weekend brunch.

Rue de Trousseau: this neighborhood is booming! Lot of new great restaurants are opening recently. And this new pizza joint is a true example of this new trend. The owners are already well know for their fine restaurant hidden in a small pathway: Caffe dei Cioppi.

The storefront is kinda discreet, only the shiny restaurant logo may suggest you can find a trendy place here. When you decide to enter, you discover a small and modern industrial like ambiance. Exposed brick wall on the right, white wall with a huge painting on the left side, and a bright and red back! Oranges lamps without doubts warm up the dining room.
